They took a snapshot of the flowers which was great. The only disappointment was there was no communication via email. I orders the flowers and never heard from them. I checked my visa , just to make sure the order went through even tho it stated order completed An e-mail is reassurance This is my second time ordering with Bloomnation and the first time was flawless.
